Introduction: At Wine Curators, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please refer to the following return and refund procedures.

Unopened Bottles: You can return unopened bottles of wine within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original, sealed condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened bottles, customized orders, or perishable items (if applicable) cannot be returned.
3.2. How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return, and we will provide further instructions.
3.3. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is damaged or defective, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
