  • Unopened Bottles: You can return unopened bottles of wine within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original, sealed condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened bottles, customized orders, or perishable items (if applicable) cannot be returned.

3.3. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is damaged or defective, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
